RETURN POLICY
Change of mind
"Change of mind" includes purchases you have made in error, if you have accidentally ordered the wrong size/colour, or unwanted gifts. (This does not include an item you purchased that you simply do not want anymore.) Our change of mind return policy lasts for 7 days. If you change your mind after this period, Tanzee does not offer a refund or exchange.
We will accept a change of mind return provided they meet the following guidelines:
- Returned within 7 days
- Returned with proof of purchase
- Item must be UNOPENED, UNUSED and UNDAMAGED with all original tags/labels attached
- Item is not listed as an excluded item as outlined below

Faulty Product Returns
If something is faulty, we will provide an exchange or refund provided the item meets our faulty product guidelines and is returned within 1 month's time with proof of purchase.
We have a 1-month warranty on all products (excluding gift cards). Within this time frame, we will offer you a replacement or refund for damaged products ONLY if they meet our faulty product guidelines which will be assessed on a case by case basis.
Return Process:
Please email us at info@tanzee.com.au with your proof of purchase and any images that prove the item is faulty. Our customer service team will then guide you through the next steps.
Exchanges
Exchanges for the same item in a different size or colour are accepted within 7 days. If the new item is a different product (including a different colour or size) and there is a price difference you may need to pay the difference or receive a partial refund.
Refunds
If you request and are eligible for a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges for online orders) will be refunded to you using the original payment method.
Shipping
Delivery charges related to sending the item back is the responsibility of the customer. Tanzee will not reimburse any shipping costs unless an item is deemed faulty. You are also responsible for making sure the parcel is returned safely and we take no responsibility for any postal errors.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
